At the Foundation for Self Leadership, our programs endeavor to create spaces for learning, dialogue, and healing. Each initiative reflects our mission to foster inner resilience, deepen compassion, and support meaningful engagement with the world around us.
1. Current Program
Facing the Moment Podcast
Our newest program, Facing the Moment, is a podcast dedicated to exploring the inner experiences that shape how we show up in challenging times. Through thoughtful conversations with practitioners, leaders, and everyday people, the podcast invites listeners to pause, turn inward, and engage with the world from a more grounded and compassionate place.
2. Future Programs
The Foundation is planning its next set of society-facing programs, in collaboration with qualified IFS practitioners, and is developing partnerships and seeking funding to help implement them. We will focus on the young-adult community, within the US and elsewhere, a group that is facing major challenges, economic, emotional and social. We maintain a strong interest in scaling the efforts to introduce the Self-leadership model to school educators and leaders. In addition, we will continue to explore new spaces and settings (be it within executive leadership, the workplace, faith-based communities, or the political arena) for plausible applications of the model.
3. Previous Programs
Over the years, the Foundation has developed a series of programs that elevate leadership, strengthen community dialogue, and inspire personal transformation. These past programs remain cornerstones of our work and continue to influence future initiatives.
