The Foundation Expands Its Board of Directors
Following a year of extensive assessment and discussions, the Foundation for Self Leadership is undergoing a transition toward new strategic priorities. While continuing to catalyze applied IFS research, the Foundation will pursue programs and partnerships that actively address needs in the greater society. Working with the IFS community of practice, the new efforts would still revolve around the Self leadership paradigm as applicable in the given context, along with compatible human-development models where relevant.
In alignment with that pivot, the Foundation's Board of Directors is expanding its membership and has recently added to its roster of volunteers who are dedicated to providing the organization with sound governance and fiscal oversight. "We are pleased and honored to have two new members on the Foundation's Board of Directors. Saundra Davis and Fadi Petro bring much needed breadth in backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that will positively impact our mission to take Self Leadership and healing growth to a wide and international community."
-
Saundra Davis, MSFP, MCC, is as a financial wellbeing expert in the US. She founded Sage Financial Solutions and has served as its executive director. Trained in IFS, Saundra has also completed certifications as a master coach and a mindfulness meditation teacher.

Fadi Petro brings knowledge and skills as an organizational developer and cross-cultural trainer with work experience in the US. He has been involved in supporting relational healing programs and, as of late, engaged in helping to coordinate expanding IFS-training efforts in Jordan and the Arab-speaking Middle East.
Through the wealth of experiences that they bring to the Board, from financial therapy to community engagement, their shared commitment to healing and empowerment will extend the efficacy and society-facing reach of the organization.
"We are thrilled to welcome Saundra and Fadi. They are joining us on this very inspiring journey. Their collective expertise reflects our mission to bridge inner work and outer change. With their leadership, we look forward to deepening our impact across financial wellbeing, community healing, and systemic transformation."
